Last year at Paris by Photo we covered the opening time-trials of the Paris-Nice bike race, which was a lot of fun (check out our photos here). This year we have decided to follow the 2011 Paris-Nice bike race from Houdan all the way down to Nice.
We will add daily photo galleries of the start and finish of each stage (hopefully!) and update the leader board at the end of each day. If we manage to capture some extraordinary shots, we will post them as soon as we are able and announce it on Twitter, so make sure you subscribe to our Twitter channel (http://twitter.com/#!/parisbyphoto) and check back often to see the latest galleries and leader board for the 2011 Paris-Nice bike race.
Not only will we get to see the entire race, we will try to photograph all the beautiful towns and villages we visit on our way, including taking a few gigapixel images and 360 photos along our way if we find something special. We will add a special section to the website to show off our photo galleries, so be sure to keep an eye out for them and keep an eye on our progress on Twitter.
Maybe we will inspire you to leave Paris for a few days to visit some of the places we will photograph during the 2011 Paris-Nice bike race.
We hope the 2011 Paris-Nice bike race will be a great start to the 2011 cycling season.
